In early development
Software for managing rental properties, starting with a solid foundation
Landmate is being built for people who manage residential and commercial rentals — buildings, shopping plazas and the units inside them. Today we are building the foundation: workspaces, team roles, locations, security and a bilingual interface. The rental-management features come next.
What we are building now
In developmentThese parts of the platform are in development. They are not available to the public yet.
Workspaces
A workspace holds one organization's account: its people, settings and data, kept separate from every other workspace.
Roles and permissions
Owners, managers, staff and read-only members, each with a defined set of permissions that the server checks on every request.
Locations
Group work by location. A location can later represent a portfolio, a building or a plaza, and members can be limited to the locations they work on.
Account security
Sign-in, multi-factor authentication, session management, and fresh sign-in checks before sensitive changes.
English and Spanish
The interface is written in English and formal Spanish from the start, not translated as an afterthought.
Mobile apps
Apps for iOS and Android are in development alongside the web app.
Planned, not yet available
Planned — not yet availableThese rental-management features are on the plan. None of them exist yet, and we will not describe them as available until they are.
Properties and units
Record buildings, plazas and the units inside them.
Residents and leases
Keep track of who rents what, and on which terms.
Maintenance
Log and follow up on maintenance requests.
Rent
Track rent. Collecting rent payments is a separate, later step.
