Product overview
Landmate is a software product for managing residential and commercial rental properties. It is in early development and not available to the public yet. This page describes what is being built and labels each part honestly: "In development" means we are building it now; "Planned" means it is on the plan but does not exist yet.
Workspaces
In developmentEach organization that uses Landmate gets a workspace. Everything in a workspace — members, locations, files and settings — belongs to that workspace only, and the server decides which workspace a request belongs to from the signed-in session, never from a value the browser sends.
- One person can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them.
- The owner can export the workspace's data or delete the workspace.
Roles and permissions
In developmentMembers have one of four roles: Owner, Manager, Staff or Read-only. Each role has a fixed set of permissions, and administrative actions such as changing roles, managing billing or creating API keys ask for a fresh sign-in first.
- Role changes take effect on the member's next request.
- Removing a member revokes the API keys and app authorizations that member created for the workspace.
Locations
In developmentLocations group the work inside a workspace. A location can later stand for a portfolio, a building or a shopping plaza. Owners see every location; other members can be given all locations or a specific list.
Security
In developmentSign-in with multi-factor authentication, a list of active sessions you can revoke, and an audit log of administrative actions that workspace owners and managers can read.
AI assistant
In developmentAn optional assistant that can suggest and draft. It does not send messages, change records or collect money on its own: a person reviews and approves every action.
English and Spanish
In developmentThe web app, the mobile apps and this website are written in English and formal Spanish.

In developmentApps for iOS and Android are in development. They are not available in the app stores yet.
