What the assistant is

Landmate includes an optional AI assistant that can suggest next steps, draft text for you to edit, and answer questions about information you already have access to. A workspace Owner can turn it off for the whole workspace.

Human approval, always

The assistant does not send, change or collect anything on its own. It does not send messages or emails, does not create, change or delete records, and does not move or collect money. Everything it proposes is shown to a person first, and nothing happens until that person explicitly approves it.

Labelling and accuracy

Text produced by the assistant is labelled as AI-generated. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Please review it before you rely on it or share it.

What data the assistant uses

The assistant only uses information that the person using it is allowed to see, within their workspace and locations. To produce a response, the relevant content is sent to the AI service provider below.

  • AI service provider: Anthropic, PBC. The assistant stays off on any deployment where it has not been configured.
  • Use for model training: we send content to Anthropic only to generate a response, not for model training.
  • Where Anthropic processes data, and how long it keeps it: TODO(owner-approval).

Your choices

  • Owners can turn the assistant off for their workspace.
  • Members choose whether to use it; nothing requires it.
  • Read-only members cannot use it.
